Chief Revenue Growth Officer

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue Growth Officer to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Visionary: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives, identifying target markets, creating pricing strategies, and crafting sales tactics to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Team Builder & People Leader: Lead, develop, and inspire the Sales team (Outside, Inside Sales, and Estimating) to achieve profitable growth. Foster a high-performing team through effective coaching, mentorship, and recognition.
- Expansion Driver: Play a crucial role in expanding our outside sales team in Canada and the USA, driving sales objectives, uncovering new opportunities, and creating new and cherished existing strong client relationships.
- Engagement Champion: Make joint calls, client visits, and host events (e.g., plant tours) with the sales team and partners to support their efforts. Represent the company at both internal and external social and industry events as well as various associations meetings, building long-term business connections and expanding our legacy.
- Internal Connector: Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, including VP of Manufacturing & Operations, Finance team, company owners, partners, and others.
- Metrics Champion: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, lead the sales team, and set sales targets. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the CFO to create accurate sales forecasts, ensuring these forecasts align with the company's financial goals and budgets by integrating market insights and sales data.
- Brand Ambassador: Lead the development of sales and marketing materials, providing direction and support for all brand marketing activities. This includes ownership of sales materials, company website, emails, social media, events, product portfolios, and promotional programs.
- Strategic Marketer: Leverage your proven experience in strategic marketing to expand our customer knowledge base, strengthen global partnerships, drive product innovation, and deepen market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Educational Background: A university or college degree with strong communication skills, ideally in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Industry Expertise: Proven leadership experience in Technical Sales & Marketing, preferably within the Construction, General Contracting, Building Products, Trade Contractors, or Architecture industries.
- Process Improvement: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
