We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthodontist to join our team at Accoravillage. As an Associate Orthodontist, you will play a central role in driving practice performance, leading a high-performing team, and enhancing the patient experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead treatment plans and care for over 2,000 active patients, delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Generate value by educating patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment and converting potential patients into active treatment.
- Lead by example as an inspirational leader and motivator, bringing out the best in those around you.
- Engage with the local community through volunteer work, speaking opportunities, and networking with the dental community.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance and refine systems and processes.
- Collaborate with peers across the Accoravillage network to foster a collaborative practice environment.
- Certified Specialist in Orthodontics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to lead a high-functioning team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work both strategically and tactically.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Partner with and learn from an experienced group of professionals.
