We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthodontist to join our team at Accoravillage. As an Associate Orthodontist, you will play a central role in driving practice performance, leading a high-performing team, and enhancing the patient experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Treatment: Lead treatment plans and care for over 2,000 active patients, delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Generating Value: Educate patients on the value of orthodontic treatment and convert potential patients into active treatment.
- Leadership: Bring out the best in your team as an inspirational leader and motivator.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community events, such as volunteer engagements, speaking opportunities, and networking with the local dental community.
- Contribute: Continuously improve and refine systems and processes.
- Collaborate: Foster a collaborative practice environment and partner with peers across the Corus network.
- Certified Specialist in Orthodontics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead a high-functioning team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to work strategically and tactically
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
