Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Yamato Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement menus, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
