Job Title: Family Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Worker to join our team at Sonia Zarbatany. As a Family Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals in need.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and promoting independence. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with regular exercise, such as walking
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Provide companionship
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Cook
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • First Aid Certificate
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. The work site is located in an urban area, and the candidate will work in the employer's/client's home.
