Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide recommendations on drink selections to guests, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Collect payment for beverages and record sales accurately.
  • Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, ensuring that we have a sufficient supply of ingredients and materials.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff and directly from patrons, ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the serving staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
