Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Water Regulations Compliance Specialist. The successful candidate will provide rock-solid service to our customers by carrying out inspections of pipe work and plumbing installations on commercial and domestic premises. You will achieve the highest quality at all times for our customers, colleagues, the environment, and our stakeholders by putting 'Quality First.'

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that wholesome water quality is maintained in plumbing installations, preventing waste and protecting public health
  • Inspecting premises to determine if breaches of The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 exist
  • Carrying out duties associated with the enforcement of The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999
  • Creating enforcement notice details and recording necessary information on corporate databases
  • Complying with department, company, corporate, and legislative procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience in plumbing or other allied trades
  • Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
