Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $85,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Warehouse Operations Director, you will oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain logistics. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of our business strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading a Team: Manage a team of 10-15 employees who maintain inventory at customer sites.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and improve profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing proactive solutions.
