Home Support Worker: Providing Compassionate Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Nam Thi Huynh. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring our clients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Companionship: Provide engaging conversation, social interaction, and emotional support to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing medication, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
