About the Role

Graham Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-construction services, including site logistics, project scheduling, and budget development
  • Manage site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, project scheduling, and field cost control
  • Determine construction methods, materials quantities, equipment, work schedule, and documentation of hours worked
  • Coordinate assigned work with other crafts, company departments, and subcontractors
  • Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Monitor site safety programs and documents, and implement corrective measures as needed
  • Hire, train, and monitor field personnel
  • Assist project managers with claim resolution and warranty issues
  • Manage project budgets for self-performed work

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of construction experience, with 4-8 years in supervisory capacity
  • Proficiency in structural concrete, steel, and timber frame construction
  • Proven ability to manage project values of $15M - $50M
  • Ability to lead mid-sized teams
  • Understanding of change impact on cost and schedule
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design
  • Familiarity with standard construction software and management processes

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
