Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Nemia Guleng. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Administer medications and collect specimens as required.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Our clients reside in various locations, and you will be required to travel to their homes to provide care and support. You will work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility is essential.
