Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Bethesda. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our clients in a group home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and care to clients in a group home setting
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other staff members
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
