Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at TownePlace Suites Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with the hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest service and strong financial results.
  • Participate in sales and marketing efforts, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, resolving any issues that may arise and implementing process improvements as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of hospitality sales experience or comparable sales experience in a hotel environment, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office, with experience in sales and marketing software a plus.
