Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in financial, communications, and business services. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Review bids and negotiate costs
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Negotiate business contracts
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Prepare reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Identify potential markets
  • Assemble the creative team
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight, regularly, and internationally
