Schedule:

  • Tuesdays: 7:45am - 6:00pm
  • Wednesdays: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Thursdays: 11:00am - 7:00pm
  • 1 Friday per month: 9:00am - 2:00pm
  • 2 Saturdays per month: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Making a positive impression on patients from arrival to departure
  • Optimizing appointment schedules for minimal gaps
  • Managing patient calls and inquiries
  • Overcoming cancellations and motivating patients to keep appointments
  • Billing patients, processing claims, and responding to fee inquiries
  • Effectively managing recall systems and maintaining patient databases
  • Processing referral letters and patient correspondence
  • Filing patient records and charts
  • Demonstrating active listening and empathy using effective communication skills

About You:

  • Clinical background considered an asset
  • Experience with Dental software
