We are seeking a talented Store Leadership Director to lead our retail store teams in delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Establish and execute operational plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure accurate inventory levels, and enforce loss prevention measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including seasonal changeovers and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community partners.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar role or department.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing shrinkage.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
