Company Overview
We are seeking a talented Store Leadership Director to lead our retail store teams in delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Establish and execute operational plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure accurate inventory levels, and enforce loss prevention measures.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including seasonal changeovers and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community partners.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar role or department.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing shrinkage.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
