Salary


The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.


Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Service Centre Analyst to join our team. As a Service Centre Analyst, you will provide remote IT support for all incidents and requests for all Stores, Offices, and RSCs in a 24/7, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for resolving all incidents assigned within defined SLAs, providing excellent customer service through technical support, and executing the Incident Management Process.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • An undergraduate degree or DEC with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation
  • Schedule flexibility is required to work shifts, including days, evenings, and night shifts as well as weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
