Service Centre Support Specialist

Role Overview:
In this exciting opportunity with Backstage, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional remote IT support to our teams across various locations. As a Service Centre Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support via standard contact channels (phone, email) for all incidents and requests.
- Resolve incidents assigned within defined SLAs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Execute the Incident Management Process, including creating, managing, and resolving incidents in the ITSM tool.
- Document knowledge opportunities and ensure accuracy of the knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or DEC with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation.
