Role Overview:

In this exciting opportunity with Backstage, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional remote IT support to our teams across various locations. As a Service Centre Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote IT support via standard contact channels (phone, email) for all incidents and requests.
  • Resolve incidents assigned within defined SLAs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Execute the Incident Management Process, including creating, managing, and resolving incidents in the ITSM tool.
  • Document knowledge opportunities and ensure accuracy of the knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or DEC with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation.
