Job Title: Senior Development Officer

Interior Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving organizational development and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive consulting services to support the successful execution of strategic business functions, change, and team development.
  • Lead, consult, design, facilitate, and advise on organization development and/or change as required for organizational teams, committees, planning, and working groups.
  • Analyze the impact of change and develop strategies for integration and implementation in conjunction with clients.
  • Integrate system linkages, diagnose performance and behavioral gaps, and support team development and isolation of team dynamics for interventions.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience as an internal or external Organization Development or Change Consultant, Leadership/Learning Specialist/Consultant.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership to senior leaders through critical thinking, conceptualization, and systemic addressing of issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to initiate and manage consulting workload in a client-centered environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated competency in adult learning theory, leadership development, needs assessment, and program evaluation.
  • Demonstrated competency in leadership development program and course development, including virtual design and delivery, course facilitation, and e-learning strategies.
