Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in the role of SSC Data Analyst for Quality Initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex healthcare data to facilitate quality improvement initiatives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Compiling and analyzing healthcare data to support quality improvement initiatives
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve healthcare outcomes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for quality improvement
- Maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as health administration or statistics
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Advanced proficiency with statistical programs (SPSS, SAS), Microsoft Office, and database management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid BC Driver's License
