Job Summary

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our team. As a BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit and Inventor. You will work closely with our design and engineering team to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Revit and Inventor to create detailed panel/parts to support BIM models
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models
  • Collaborate with design and engineering team to ensure that BIM models are accurate and complete
  • Participate in technical meetings to resolve project-related tasks/issues
  • Work with PLM system to ensure data and workflow process is followed as per Company standard
  • Create BOM out of Revit configurator tool and adjust parameters to introduce new systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of Revit experience
  • Intermediate level position for incumbents wishing to pursue a career in any area of the Design/Engineering Department
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to read architectural, mechanical, structural, and slab edge drawings
  • Knowledgeable in Autodesk Inventor & Upchain is an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
