Data Analyst

Zortech Solutions is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain data models, policies, and governance standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Design and implement data visualizations, statistical analysis, and data storytelling to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align data solutions with product vision and user needs.
- Provide analytics support to user experience, customer experience, or service design teams to inform product development and service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with current methodologies in analytics, data visualizations, data modeling, and storytelling to drive business growth and improvement.
- Experience leading data science and analytics work, including digital and non-digital services.
- Experience with leadership, communications, relationship building, and planning.
- Experience with current methodologies in analytics, data visualizations, data modeling, and storytelling.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and align these requirements with product vision and user needs.
- Experience with agile projects in a public sector organization.
