Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and reports to analyze revenue and commission data
  • Design and implement data mining processes to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize commission processes, policies, and documentation
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including quarterly and annual forecasting by region, product, and customer

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and revenue analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with experience in creating complex reports and dashboards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
