Job Description

At Krka Power Inc., we are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling various components to construct high-quality power distribution products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Construction: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Power Distribution Equipment Assembly: Construct power distribution equipment such as switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and distribution panels by assembling individual components.
  • Extreme Accuracy: Extreme accuracy in bus bar sizing (Bus bar sizing range is ¼ x 1inch, ¼ x 10inch).
  • Punching and Bending: Extreme accuracy punching on same length bus bars (minimum 100+ holes of various length dimensions – 12 ft) and bus bar bending with up to 10 bends on 1 bus bar length.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise during the assembly process.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot assembly problems and implement solutions to maintain workflow and product integrity.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Communication: Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work and effective communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods during the assembly process.
