Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellstand Host to join our team at Marriott International. As a Bellstand Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing directions and information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Inform guests of local areas of interest and activities, and provide recommendations for dining and entertainment.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, and provide assistance with loading/unloading luggage.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, including taxi cab, shuttle bus, and limousine/sedan service.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the property as needed.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
