About the Role

BBA Consultants is seeking a skilled Civil 3D Designer to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for preparing construction drawings for infrastructure projects, including site civil, roadway design, and storm water basins/channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare 3D models for earthworks, roadworks, drainage works, and underground services
  • Prepare drawings and sketches
  • Communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on project work
  • Convey results and findings through discussions, graphic-based presentations, and project documentation
  • Work with Navisworks and other GIS software
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing design drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity with national and local codes related to site drainage and erosion control
