About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Administrator to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing surface land procedures, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage surface land procedures and ensure compliance with relevant land legislation and regulations.
- Coordinate and lead projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements:

- Experience in a billable time environment, such as a land broker.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on oil sands land administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
