The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of video production, team management, and digital marketing strategies. They will be responsible for leading a team of creatives, ensuring every video asset resonates with our target audience and meets our key performance indicators (KPIs).

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective video content strategies that drive sales and engagement.
  • Lead a team of 5 video editors, videographers, and media specialists to create high-quality video assets.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Oversee video and photo shoots from start to finish, ensuring consistent branding and impactful storytelling.
  • Manage location shoots, selecting the right equipment and crew to capture stunning visuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics to continually improve video content and optimize results.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can enjoy flexible stat holidays, a casual dress code, and a dog-friendly office in Yaletown, one block from SkyTrain.
