Job Title: Tax Compliance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Director to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of BRP affiliates with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax compliance strategies to minimize risk and maximize tax savings
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to our compliance processes
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on tax-related matters
Requirements:
  • Recognized professional certification in accounting and a master's degree in taxation or an equivalent degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in tax compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
