Job Title: Director Tax Compliance

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Tax Compliance to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall tax compliance of our organization and its affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
  • Manage the tax compliance team and oversee the preparation of tax returns
  • Implement and maintain effective tax governance processes
  • Monitor and analyze tax legislation and its impact on our organization
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize risk and maximize opportunities
Requirements:
  • Recognized professional certification in accounting and a master's degree in taxation or an equivalent degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in tax compliance
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
