Job Title: General Duty Medical Laboratory Technologist

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as a General Duty Medical Laboratory Technologist. In this role, you will be responsible for clinical analysis and reporting on patient samples, ensuring accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clinical analysis and reporting on patient samples according to established protocols
  • Assist in general lab projects, such as SOPs and chemical inventories
  • Maintain a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance programs and maintain standards put forth by Accreditation
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program
  • Current registration or eligible for registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Manitoba (CMLTM) required
  • Current membership with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
