About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Maple Health Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy staff in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support: Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and administration.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure timely restocking.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and inventory checks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
