About the Role

Cedarbrae Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information and supporting our pharmacists in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify prescription information for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and maintaining prescription records
  • Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams as needed
  • Maintain inventory of medications and prescription records
  • Bill third-party insurers for prescriptions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
  • Accurate, dependable, organized, and a team player
Work Environment

Cedarbrae Pharmacy is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will work closely with our pharmacists and other support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy.
