We are looking for a Client Services Director to join our team at DEPT. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of various campaigns, managing briefs from start-to-finish and ensuring successful delivery to deadlines. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, managing expectations, and communicating feedback to designers, copywriters, and developers.
As a Client Services Director, you will work closely with creative teams to have oversight of all statements of work/proposals. You will ensure the right team is in place to deliver and maintain high standards while adding value wherever possible. Meeting success criteria as projects are delivered to time and to budget is crucial in this role.
You will report back to management with internal and external issues and events that might impact accounts, either positively or negatively. Additionally, you will maintain a strategic overview of assigned accounts – running regular internal client-facing account reviews. Proving how we are meeting our clients' objectives through metrics, feedback, research, etc., is essential.
This role requires experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications including digital. You should be extremely organized, able to talk about tools and processes used for project management. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency is necessary.
