Truck Supervisor Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Truck Supervisor to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our trucking division, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly. As a Truck Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 5-10 people, recommending personnel actions, and coordinating repairs and rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Train or arrange for training to develop staff skills and knowledge
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and objectives
- Recommend measures to improve work methods and increase efficiency
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
- Computer and technology skills in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
