Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at IV MIDTOWN RENOVATION INC. The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and transporting materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on safety and quality. The work will involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
