The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and assisting customers in finding suitable products.
  • Offer expert guidance on health and wellness products, taking into account customers' specific needs and goals.
  • Manage phone inquiries efficiently.
  • Receive and restock deliveries.
  • Operate the POS system for customer transactions.

Requirements

  • A background in nutrition, preferably as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist or similar certification.
  • RHN, IHN, or Health-Related certificate.
  • 1-5 years of experience working in a health food store.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
