Job Title: Food Services Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Services Supervisor to join our team at Bar Down. As a Food Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet work schedules.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees, and provide awareness training to employees.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
