Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Leader

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Leader to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and hire food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Working Conditions:

  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours of work per week.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
