Job Title: Landscaping Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our team at Craine Projects Ltd. As a key member of our landscaping team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure high-quality results.
  • Estimate labor and materials required for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features.
  • Supervise and manage landscape construction work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in outdoor conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team of 3-4 people.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
