About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team in Thompson, Manitoba. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus, as well as addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the journey.
  • Utilize our industry-leading technology to guide you through your daily routes and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
Qualifications
  • Good verbal communication skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
  • At least 21 years old and a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks.
