Job Summary

This role is part of Lenovo's Global Future Leaders Program, which engages high-achieving students by immersing them in the world of a global technology powerhouse. As a Solution Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to define and design Chrome solutions from conception to launch, meeting the technical and business needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and design Chrome solutions from conception to launch.
  • Understand end-users and customers' user journeys, map pain points, and distill user needs and feedback into a product roadmap.
  • Identify value-added features and business values, and direct feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate and communicate with engineering teams on solution product development and technical feasibility.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above with graduation between 2024 and August 2025.
  2. Target Majors: Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Math, or Physics.
  3. Intern and project experience.
  4. Leadership experience via work, school, or community.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility and ambition.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills.
  3. A good team player.
  4. MBA is a plus.
  5. Experience with AI/Machine Learning/Software development/UIUX design is a plus.
