Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented Solution Product Manager to join our Intelligent Device Group, responsible for defining and designing Chrome solutions from conception to launch. As a key member of our Global Future Leaders Program, you'll work with cross-functional teams to drive product development, understand customer needs, and identify value-added features.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and launch Chrome solutions, meeting technical and business needs of customers.
- Understand customer user journeys, map pain points, and distill user needs and feedback into a product roadmap.
- Identify and prioritize value-added features and business values, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including engineering teams, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with graduation between 2024 and August 2025.
- Target Majors: Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Math, or Physics.
- Intern and project experience, with a strong track record of leadership and teamwork.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and ambition, with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Software development, or UI/UX design.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving goals.
