Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses.

- Food Preparation and Quality Control
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Implement and maintain effective food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Customer Service and Relations
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Administrative and Financial
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Manage cash and make change as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and labor costs.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
