Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant #27470. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
