As a mid-level QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by planning and executing testing activities.
Working under the direction of a Client QA Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating testing for one or more functional areas of a product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the Test Point Of Contact ('POC') for a functional area in a product
- Coordinating testing with offshore teams to ensure seamless execution
- Identifying key testing challenges/goals and developing initial Test Plans
- Prioritizing which test plans to execute for specific app releases and launches
- Communicating the plan/updates/status of the product effectively to the Client QA lead and product team
- Working effectively with stakeholders to root cause and solve issues
