The KORE Intelligence Platform is a fan, partnership and revenue intelligence platform for sports & entertainment and related businesses.

About The Role

  • Contribute to writing test plans and performing manual testing coordinating with our Engineering teams as necessary and being assigned to the right business priorities.
  • Maintain and improve our UX and API manual test catalogue.
  • Work with the Product Engineering teams to analyze and review business requirements and participate in a test-driven development approach for new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Continuous improvement by collaborating with each Product Engineering team and various leads.
  • Assist with organizing and managing test environments.
  • Participate in managing weekly product releases, including release testing, coordination and sign-off.

Requirements

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience writing and implementing manual, performance, and stress testing test plans.
  • 1+ years of experience running and reviewing results of automation frameworks and test plans.
  • Some experience with GIT branching and Azure DevOps (or similar) and know the difference between Feature/Dev, QA, Staging, and Main/Production.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and QA software testing methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in UI, API, and Database testing.
  • Understand what a relational database is and can write basic SQL scripts in QA environments.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with JIRA, or similar work management software.
  • Experience with Selenium, BDD and related automation platform tools.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies in AWS and Azure.
  • Experience using Customer Relation Management software (Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
