Job Summary

A-1 Wireless Inc. is seeking a skilled Cellular Telephone Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wireless network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment, including cellular network infrastructure and mobile devices.
  • Analyze test results and adjust or replace faulty equipment to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Provide on-site customer service and support to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
