Job Title: Cellular Network Technician

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team at Mobile Care Square One. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cellular network equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Equipment Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace defective telephone equipment, including cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers.
  • Network Testing and Analysis: Test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults, analyze test results, and adjust or repair switching systems, networks, and associated equipment and software.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including connecting, disconnecting, and relocating cable outlets, and installing cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
