Litigation Attorney

GPAC is seeking a seasoned litigation lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil and commercial litigation, builders liens, construction law, or family law.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation cases
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients throughout the litigation process
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in British Columbia
- Proven experience in civil litigation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for representing clients in complex civil and commercial litigation cases. You will conduct thorough legal research, draft and prepare various legal documents, and provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
